Employment Program Is Now Offering Career Guidance Assessments!

The Employment Program at the Colorado AIDS Project will now be administering the COPSystem, Comprehensive Career Guide, to any and all HIV+ people who are interested in learning more about the kind of work they might be good at or should consider pursuing.

The COPSystem is made up of three parts.  Each of these parts assesses different areas important in planning a career.  The first part, COPS, measures your interests.  The second part, CAPS, measures your abilities in 8 different fields.  Finally, the third part, COPES, measures your vocational values.  The information from all three parts is combined to show you any career areas, or clusters, that you might want to consider when thinking about a career.

The COPSystem can be a valuable tool in planning your career!  You must be HIV+ to access this service.  To learn more or to schedule a time to take the assessments, please contact Paul Suazo, Employment Program Coordinator, at 303-837-1501 extension 475.
