Colorado AIDS Project | Giving | Recurring Gifts

In 1994, several visionary volunteers stepped forward to create an annual giving program that would allow our donors to create Cornerstone, CAP's annual, sustained giving campaign. Gifts to Cornerstone ensure that essential services to people living with HIV will not be interrupted, that treatment will become more available to all people living with AIDS and that efforts to prevent this virus with education and resources will not be abandon.

By 2005, Cornerstone generated more than $1.3 million. The Gill Foundation generously matches every individual gift to Cornerstone. These funds have made it possible for CAP to respond to the changing needs of those living with HIV and AIDS:

  • by creating a food bank to respond to the special dietary needs of those living with HIV and to respond to the growing number of those affected who were living hand to mouth
  • by initiating the exploration of long term housing options for the growing number of our clients who experience homelessness
  • by supporting prevention efforts as public attention and funds have moved from this virus while infection rates continue to climb.

We invite you to reinforce the Cornerstone of our support. On behalf of CAP, our clients and this community, we thank you for your generosity and support.

You can support Colorado AIDS Project and join Cornerstone by setting up an automatic monthly or annual gift. If you would like to give an amount other than those listed, click here.
