WELCOME TO THE 21ST ANNUAL AIDS WALK COLORADO
Presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
AIDS Walk Colorado benefits Colorado AIDS Project and the fundraising teams of 30 other AIDS service and education organizations throughout the state of Colorado.
AIDS Walk Colorado was started in 1987 as a community response to the AIDS epidemic that was ravaging the nation. Today, AIDS Walk Colorado is the largest AIDS fundraiser in the Rocky Mountains, attracting over 7000 participants a year.
Over the last 21 years, AIDS Walk Colorado has attracted 163,000 participants who have raised over $17 million to support the work of 45 AIDS Service and Education organizations throughout Colorado... More than enough reason to celebrate.
After completing the AIDS Walk and Run course, join us in celebrating 21 years of making a difference in the fight against AIDS with the Post AIDS Walk & Run Music and Beer Garden!
Enjoy live local music, delicious food, and frosty cold beers from Anheuser Busch. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Pepsi. Make sure to bring your ID and some extra cash for beer and soda. The beer garden is located at the south end of the park near the main stage. No one under 21 will be admitted to the beer garden, but food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available outside of the beer garden. As always, drink responsibly.
All proceeds from the beer garden benefit AIDS Walk Colorado.
